DocuCopies.com Donates $1,000 in Printing Services to the COPE Project: Navajo Nation
This month DocuCopies.com is proud to support the Community Outreach and Patient Empowerment (COPE) Program. This non-profit works to improve the health and well-being of people in the Navajo Nation, which has a disproportionately high rate of unemployment, diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
From their project summary:
"Since 2009, Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH), the Navajo Nation Community Health Representative Program (NNCHR), and Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS) have worked together to create a program that focuses on helping people with these health problems who reside on the Navajo reservation in rural Arizona and New Mexico. COPE (Community Outreach and Patient Empowerment) promotes increased health knowledge and healthy lifestyles among individuals and families, while concurrently facilitating access to good healthcare services."
The COPE Project has been a respected client of DocuCopies.com for several years and we couldn't be happier to return the favor of their business by supporting this great endeavor.
